We have made searching our inventory fast and easy from anywhere on our site. On the any of top ALPHAT.EU web page, Simply enter your part number and click "Search". You will get a set of results, locate the part you are looking for. Then you can submit a Request For Quote or RFQ online, Our sales associate will contact you shortly with price and delivery by Email.
How to place an order?
By submitting RFQ/Quote from the website by filling out the form with your inquires part list and contact information, or Email your RFQ to SALES@ALPHAT.EU, our sales will contact you via email with quotation to you, after your reconfirm quotation or order approved, please kindly send the approved order or confirm news to our sales with delivery information, our sales will send the Proforma invoice with our bank information to you. Please remember to indicate exact part number, required quantity and manufacturer.
There is no price on the product page – What do I do?
You can submit your RFQ request on our website, or email your RFQ to SALES@ALPHAT.EU, our sales team will respond with a quote to you ASAP.
What's shipment way can support?
We ship worldwide using international couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Usual we will use DHL/FedEx.

What's payment methods do you offer?
We accept wire transfer payment in advance for new clients' first order. Payment methods: Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our bank account, We accept other payment way for special customer. Net Term only for Long-term cooperation client.About Bank fees: Wire Transfer Bank Charges USD30.00. Please note that we accept payment in USD and EURO, GBP.
Can I get Net terms?
We have a great number of customers ranging from one-time buyers to ongoing repeat customers. Net Terms can be extended to repeat customers following successful payment history with us.
What is the warranty on the parts you sell?
We offer a 360-day warranty period for all of our parts, All our parts come with our own Certificate of Conformance that guarantees the parts will meet all of the manufactures specifications. All parts will inspected and ensure 100% new original part before shipment. If the parts you receive don't meet the form, fit and function specs of the manufacturer, we will replace the parts or refund your money.
Our policy is: If the parts are rejected on incoming inspection for non-functional reasons, you need to contact us within 15 business days to request an RMA. If you have any failures or problems with the parts during production, installation or testing, please contact us : INFO@ALPHAT.EU
